ULEZ & Heathrow Drop-off Charges
Extra charges that apply at the airport, separate from your booking — please read before you travel.
ULEZ — Ultra Low Emission Zone
You are responsible for all ULEZ charges and penalties if your vehicle is non-compliant. TerminalParkHeathrow is not liable for any ULEZ charges or Penalty Charge Notices.
- ULEZ covers all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport, expanded 29 August 2023.
- Non-compliant vehicles are charged £12.50 per day automatically by TfL.
- Set up TfL AutoPay before travelling to avoid Penalty Charge Notices.
- Check your vehicle at tfl.gov.uk/check-your-vehicle before booking.
Heathrow Airport Drop-off Charges
From 1 November 2021, Heathrow Airport charges a fee for vehicles dropping off at terminal forecourts. These charges are collected by the airport (APCOA) and are not included in your parking booking.

Park & Ride Shuttle
- £7.50 each way for Park & Ride customers — includes the Heathrow drop-off fee.
- Collected by our staff on the day of travel. No pre-payment required.
- Meet & Greet customers do not pay shuttle charges, but the £6 airport drop-off fee still applies at the terminal forecourt.
