How does Meet & Greet work?+
Call or WhatsApp us 45–60 minutes before you arrive at your terminal. We dispatch a DBS-checked uniformed driver to meet you at the departures forecourt. You complete the photo condition report together, hand over the keys, and walk straight to check-in — no transfers. On return, we track your flight and bring your car back to the terminal arrivals area.
Is Meet & Greet available at all Heathrow terminals?+

What is a photo condition report?+
Before your driver takes your keys, we photograph your car together — all panels, wheels and existing marks — and timestamp the images. The same report is completed when your car is returned, so both you and we have a clear, timestamped record of the car's condition throughout its stay.
