What terminals does the shuttle serve?+
Our shuttle serves all four Heathrow terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5.
Is there a minimum stay for long stay parking?+
There is no strict minimum — you can book any number of days. However, long stay is most cost-effective for trips of 3 days or more. For shorter stays, our Park & Ride service offers the same great rates.
What if my flight is delayed or I return early?+
No delay charges — the price you fixed at checkout is the price you pay. Call us when you land and we'll arrange shuttle pickup at your actual arrival time. If you return early, we simply collect your car from wherever it is in the compound.
Can I cancel my long stay booking?+
