Meet & Greet parking (also called valet parking at airports) is a premium service where a professional driver meets you at your departure terminal, takes your car, and parks it at a secure facility while you fly. On return, your car is brought back to the arrivals area.
How does it work?
- Book online — enter your drop-off and return dates and choose your terminal
- Drive to your terminal departure drop-off zone on the day
- A uniformed, DBS-checked driver meets you at the agreed time
- Hand over your keys — your vehicle is taken to our secure facility
- On return, text or call us — your car is delivered to the arrivals area
Is it safe?
Yes. All our drivers are DBS-checked (police background-cleared), uniformed, and fully insured to drive your vehicle. Our storage facilities use controlled access procedures. Every vehicle is photographed at handover and return.
Is it worth the extra cost over Park & Ride?
For families with young children, passengers with mobility needs, or anyone with an early morning or late-night flight, the convenience saved is easily worth the price difference — typically just £20–40 extra for a 7-day trip.
What do I need on the day?
Just your car keys and your booking confirmation (or reference number). Our driver handles everything else.
